Seems every time I suck up a protein drink, my stomach feels like crap afterwards. Is there anything I can add to my shake to help digest it or cut down on the quesy feeling? It doesn't matter if I mix with milk or not so I don't think it's a lactose problem.
I drink both EAS Simply protein and Myoplex Deluxe. I also use Myoplex Mass which doesn't seem to bother my stomach as much.
