pics - some progress

Here are a few pics of me. The first is from my junior year of high school, when I was a cross country runner. As you can see, I've always been a skinny mofo. I left the pic unedited so you can see how goofy I looked and get a good laugh, but remember - that hair was in style back then. :)

The others are a couple from two nights ago. I don't really like them (I always seem better in the mirror than on camera but what are ya gonna do?). Lots of weak spots and overall not too thick, but it's a long ways from high school.

Stats are 6'3" 180 lbs 25 yrs old.

You gained alot of weight and muscle, good job :)
I dont understand why people bother with cross country

pretty good progress...but junior year to 25 years old is about an 8 year gap...have u been lifting this whole time?? anyway chest is pretty good, arms arent too bad either...i say eat like a mofo and you should look pretty good at 200lbs...peace

Nah I just started lifting seriously pretty recently, maybe about a year. I did lift off and on through college a little bit but I never ate much.

damn that’s allot of added muscle, I bet that took some sweat, great job, keep going cause it just gets better and better, before ya know it, you will be scaring people, tis the best part, hehe

You look good. Great progress.

The mirror thing is pretty simple. If you stand 8 feet in front of a mirror then you are really seeing yourself from a distance of 16 feet. The further away you are the more cuts you see.

I love seeing someone cutting grass without a shirt from a distance and they look shredded and then as I get closer I realize they are very soft. It kind of wierd.

Anyway, I think that's why the mirror always looks better.

you look much better man. u should try some weighted crunches to make yer abs grow though. they look kinda small

A strong wind could have blown you away in the first pic. You have made some good progress however. Keep it up bro. Your starting to look pretty good.
