Im not a body builder, Im a lacrosse player, being around your size would be detramental to performance. Being smaller, or thinner keeps you much faster, and more agile. One day when I stop playing lacrosse ( hopefully never ) I will go for a bigger look like you suggest. I was just merely posting a picture for criticism and suggestion.

I probably should have explained my situation better in the original post but thx to everyone for their input :D
 
One clue about gaining 10 lbs after binging at the wedding after a low carb diet - water weight. You can't store 10 lbs of fat in 3 days. Is your goal to lose 20 lbs on the scale or to lean out / replace some fat w/ muscle? Also you are 18 ... you are 6'3". Even if you are done growing UP you may not be done filling out. If you are extremely active & I'm gonna guess lacrosse keeps you extremely active, you should make sure you aren't cheating yourself out of food your body needs for energy. I'd check the diet & make sure you are actually getting enough of the good stuff - don't low carb too much and make sure you are getting enough of the good fats like flax seed oil and, of course, enough protein.
