so ive done DC..and got very good muscular gains and decent strength gains. i really enjoyed the little bit of dabbling ive done in the WSB style of training. ive done ME days, ive done DE days, just trying things out. im intrigued by sled dragging...and will get one (one way or another) soon. ive always enjoyed the "big 3" so now it looks like its time to make them really strong.
