What's up y'all?I'm new to this board and am looking forward to being a part of it.I am in my 4th wk of a 10 wk fin/test cycle.I am currently doing full body workout 3x wk.MWF.I have been told lately that i am overtraining,and that i should only work each bodypart no more than 1x per week,even while on gear.How true is this?I'm 4 weeks in and i've gained a few pounds but not getting bigger.I know gear usually takes 4-5 wks to kick in,but i'm worried that i'm overtraining.Help.
