new movement today
used the rogue rack, hinged on the outside, set at the bottom, and used the handles and pulled from the floor. interesting angle as it hinged forward, lots of upper back involvement.
tried to do rows, but actually turned around facing out, and it allowed fore some forward lean, felt more contraction.
asshole who works at the gym, stalks me, hates bodybuilders, bigot, eats cookies at the front desk, you name it, he is it, stared holes through me because i did something he'd never seen, and just couldnt help himself.
for good measure I left it out, for the next person to try. hopefully it starts a trend and other people start to experiment and try it
