@Mk11kh no differents and I dont think you should be doing dbol with trenbolone if you ask me
you can just stay on tren and add dbol in a few weeks again, cycle in and out of orals better

  • Adductor machine 200lbs up
  • Hack squat 160lbs/dropset 90lbs
  • Incline leg press 270lns/dropset 180lbs
  • Hip thrusts 270lbs
  • Standing calves raises machine 360lbs
  • Isolated leg extensions 35lbs
  • Isolated laying hamstring curls 15lbs
  • Machine kickbacks 130lbs/dropset 85lbs up
  • Seated calves press 175lbs/drop set

  • Seated alternating rotating curls 35lbs up
  • Bent over db tricep extensions 25lbs up
  • Ez bar forearm extension 60lbs reps of 8
  • Ez bar forearm flexion 60lbs reps of 12 up
  • Cable rope tricep push down 110lbs up
  • Close grip preacher curls 50lbs
  • Deviation isolation using rope 60lbs up
  • Reverse grip bicep curls cable 80lbs reps of 8 up
  • Close grip v bar cable 150lbs/dropset 110lbs
  • Cable ez bar medium grip 80lbs/drop set 50lbs
  • Reverse grip wide grip cable triceps push down 120lbs/dropset 80lbs
  • Db pronation 20lbs
