2 hours before workout: 1 whole bbq chicken cause they were on sale, 2 beers(this meal was at 3pm I didnt eat breakfast or lunch I was HUNGRY!) Workout: 3x5x225 close grip, 2x5x145 curls. Not bad, for me! Post workout meal, started before last set of curls: 3 ice cold beers, then went to bar and ate: 16ozrare Kc strip, 1pound fries, 1 can green beans, 6 beers. Just got home a little bit ago, more beer, 1 can of hot tamales with extra hot sauce,2 big pieces of chocolate cake,milk, more beer, when im done with this will be heading to kitchen to get that jar of jalepeno stuffed green olives I just started thinking about. Wife said she will make salisbury steaks with fried southwestern hashbrowns when she gets home in a couple hours. Yummy! This is no fucking joke people. Honestly, I dont eat like this everyday!!! I do have my binges once or twice a week this is surely one of them! No wonder I cant see my fucking dick when I look down! The last time I was layed off I went from 215 to 243 in 4weeks! Whats worse, the work outlook is the worse ive ever seen, with no major projects in site the whole damn year! God am I in trouble! Someone call Richard Simmons fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
