Morning Cardio on rest Day?

QuickFix

New member
Currently I lift 3 days per week. Usually Mon,Wed, & Fr are lifting days. My cardio days are Tues, Thurs, and either Sat or Sun.

I was wondering if it would be better to use both Sat AND Sun as cardio days, or should I keep at least one day out of the week that is a complete rest day?

Unless you are a few weeks out from a show; and think it is absolutely necessary - save one of those days to rest up and eat. It will make you fee ready to start the pain fresh come monday. If you're competing, it would be fine to just pose (posing is a great workout!)

I also think that one day to take off from the gym is good....Cardio and weight Training both put stress on the Central Nervous System...and it can wreck your gains if it never has a rest
