hey yall i know that dbol only cycles aren't supposed to be a good idea but im going to see what i can make out of it. Just got some 5mg napos and i am taking 25-30 mg a day. My stats are 6' 190lbs give or take a couple 11%bf. I have been training with weights for over 6 years. So im going to post up pics every 2 weeks with weight gains and strength increases. So heres current stats,
bench max 260 2x
squat max 450 2x
dead max 440 2x (bad back)
i only max in powerlifting exercises
Measurements
arm 15.5"
shoulder 21"
waist 33"
chest 41"
forearm 12"
quad 22"
diet: mon-fri beverage, water and orange juice maybe occasional 2% milk
1/ 5 eggs, apple sauce 10mg (5mg)
2/ 2 chicken breast grilled, veggie 5mg
3/ 2 chicken breast grilled, veggie, fruit 5mg (10mg)
4/ 60g protein shake with water 5 mg
5/ roast beef sandwich with whole bread, veggie 5mg
(10 mg before i workout)
workout:mon-fri
mon/ bench (heavy), shoulders, dips, flys, curls
tue/ squat (heavy), lunges, leg ext and curls, b/o row
wed/ clean(heavy), abs (roman chair w/25lb), pulldowns, rows
thu/ incline(heavy), shoulders, dips, flys, curls
fri/ circuit// pull ups, sprints, abs, jumprope,
my goals are to add lean muscle and yes, i know dbol isn't supposed to be the best for this but i think i can pull it of.
My PCT isnt included
