Today was chest day. Went for a 185 pound bench press today and hit 2 sets of 3 with it! Personal record!
Barbell bench: 135x8 135x8 185x3 185x3
Hammer incline chest press: 180x12 200x8 200x6
Machine fly: 145x12 160x12 175x8 160x8
Incline dumbbell fly: 3 sets of 10 35 pounds
Tricep push down: 100x15 110x15 120x15
30 minutes of cardio. Great and fun workout! I will say the machine fly maybe irritates my shoulder a bit so I might get rid of that and roll with dumbbell fly. Potentially I could just lower the weight and do these at a much higher reps and see how that goes.
