just a cycle update.. I am now convinced 200mg/week tren is ample

I am trying out this dosage. Just did my first injection of tren yesterday adding it into my cycle for the remaining 12 weeks (trene) at 200/week. I am hoping it conpliments the TestE and EQ as well for me as it has for you.

It def is to get results but more will give better results ;) and more sides....

i don't understand this flawed mentality.

if you are getting more sides then it becomes counter productive. how are you supposed to lift hard if you can't sleep and feel like shit?

use your diet and training to workout and stop depending on steroids.. steroids are icing on the cake.. this mentality that steroids are the only way to build muscle is from people who never trained naturally and just jumped on roids at a young age.

thats the point of this thread

if you are getting more sides then it becomes counter productive. how are you supposed to lift hard if you can't sleep and feel like shit?

It don't matter if they get sides that hinders their training and sleep. It is all psychological with these types. According to them, the night sweats, insomnia, poor workouts, and feeling like garbage all day is a leading indicator the drug is working (nonsense).

You would get a better response explaining Einstein's Theory of Relativity to a cat then you would explaining that diet and training are the fundamental components to building a decent physique, instead of large amounts of gear..

My point. Stop trying to explain certain things to certain people because you will end-up with a nervous prostration...

Steroids is not the only way to build muscle and people who never trained naturally and jump on roids are ones that didn't do the research and want a quick fix and think that all they have to do is take juice and they'll look like Ronnie Coleman. That is aside from my point. I am being realistic in saying that you will get better results at a higher dosage. That is a fact. Of course diet and training is number one and should be spot on. For me I manage side effects on tren very well and sides for me are very tolerable at higher doses. If they weren't I wouldn't run it any higher. My intention is not to argue with you. I know you are extremely knowledgeable on this subject and I am not saying that higher doses are safe or a good idea.

i used to run tren at 350-400 a week religiously.. i'm just saying running it 200mg a week i'm the biggest and strong as an ox and i'm only really on week 3-4 of the tren on this cycle.. i really think you can get the same results on 200 a week vs. 400 a week. now if you want to try this theory out for yourself then give it a shot, i'm just suggesting it. sides have been very low on this cycle to the point where my only side is my workouts are ridiculously intense.

but we will see once the cycle is over ..

A whole lot of assumptions being made here from one statement that said none of these things. As stated in my last post sides for me are not bad and well managed with ancillaries and low dose test. I trained naturally for several years before juicing and with low T. I do not depend on steroids, my diet is consistent and has been for years. I train religiously. You don't know me. I do not have the mentality that steroids are the only way to build muscle.

Cool man I actually was thinking of incorporating just 200mg of tren with my next cycle with test as a base.

Do you think that 200 idea applies regardless of ester? Would you go highwr with E than hex?
