just a cycle update.. I am now convinced 200mg/week tren is ample

so right now you are running 500 mg a week of EQ with 200 mg a week of Tren Hex.. with no test base at all? That shit cray. It is making me think that running test can sometimes just get in the way of the stronger androgens. I am very intrigued by this because I am going to be bulking this winter with EQ and Tren, and I plan on literally running twice as much as you, with a test base at 500 mg a week.
 
I'm really intrigued by this Steve, I've always kept my tren dose above 400mg a week. Although I've always wanted to try a lower dose, a lot of people swear against it, but it makes nothing but perfect sense to me. Tren is such a powerful compound. I'm glad you tried it and love it

well if you depend on your diet and training to get results then the steroids is just an icing. gotta keep in mind i trained 100% natural for 13 years+.

people who train for a year and then jump on steroids are gonna probably have to run outrageous doses to go anywhere cause they never truely learned how to train .. it makes perfect sense if you think about it

well i just think its interesting I am so early on this cycle and already breaking size and strength barriers. we will see after the full cycle the end results.. i always post up final pics from my cycles for you guys to mire' lol.. but seriously i am curious as to what ends up happening.

tren is an amazing compound, i tend to break things when i'm on it by mistake. i'm sure you all know what i'm talking about. glass cups just grabbing them i've had get smashed in my hand.. i stub my toes all the time on it. yesterday i cut my foot stepping on a piece of wood.. seems like i am clark kent on this stuff and hurting myself. when i have sex with chicks they bitch at me for hurting them too.. i fucked this petite chick a week ago and she got pissed cause she says i twisted her leg, i barely touched her. this stuff will give you god like strength so use it with care.
 
its cause the tren you are using is bunk/underdosed.

200mg of quality tren is the same as 600mg of crap tren. after you've run a few tren cycles with different sources you will understand what i am talking about

I cant agree with you on this one. Just because 200 mgs a week for you is good does not mean it will work for someone else and it does not mean that the Tren we have is either bunk or underdosed. I really think it all comes down to how your body reacts to it. You really need to play with the doses and find your sweet spot. as I said for me 100 mgs of Tren Ace is perfect. any more and I think it would be a waste.
As for Hex Vs. Ace I really am not 100 % sure what the differences are (I have not done the research yet) but I'm sure it's different than Ace and there for most likely will not be ran exactly the same way.I use to make my own Ace so i kow the quality was the highest and I am getting the same results now than when I ran it with my own product.

what is interesting is I am currently not even training for strength yet today I actually PR'd in the bench press and last week I PR'd in my deadlift.

I weighed in at 202 at 5'6.5"which is 1 pound less than my all time weight and my body fat is 13.8%.. i look at myself in the mirror and I see a beast (yes i will post pics after the cycle is over)

I did bench press today and was feeling incredibly strong after fucking this hot 23 yr old blonde chick I just met (probably the hottest chick I have ever laid my eyes on btw) and then taking a day off from the gym.. so i was fresh and I had the hormones swarming (yes that definately helps to have a chick like this to fuck to clean that baby batter out of your body). I was doing 3 plates pretty easy so i said fuck it let me put on some weight, i had not planned on even doing 350 but today I nailed 385 for 3 reps which is a new 3 rep record for me. my all time 1 rep record is 415 which I probably would be able to get easily but I won't over do things. those of you who are facebook friends have seen the vid.

anyway I am a raging boner.. it is actually embarassing walking around with one all day. but I don't feel like i want to hump a tree all day which is good.

all I am taking is 400-500mg/week of EQ
I did 4 weeks of kata which I am done with at 2 caps a day (low dose)
and I am doing 200mg/week of parabolan. tren hex.

i have some sustanon amps laying around but at this point i don't feel the need to add more juice to this cycle as I am having a blast and i feel fantastic. (thanks burnthiscorpse you crazy fuck for introducing me to the inversion table, i am 100% injury free using it 2-3X per day)

I am convinced the EQ hasn't even fully kicked in yet as I am only on week 5 of the cycle.. this means i only have a low amount of EQ in my system plus just the 200mg/week tren. i think what is happening is I was natty for a while and then once I got on this its enabled me to really take things to another level. i have had zero sides so far.

I wonder what will happen by week 15. i only plan on running the tren 10 weeks at 200mg a week.

anyway those of you who insist on running tren at 2 or 3X that dose i think you should find a new source or you should stop wasting it. i am convinced my results are better at just 200mg/week cause my sides are low and not interfering with my life/sleep/workouts.


I been saying 200 mgs of tren a week is optimal for the majority of the people on this board for months. I'm glad you actually took time out and did a case study for yourself to corroborate my assertions..

The only way more then 200 mgs of tren a week would be beneficial would be after week 8 on a cycle, that's when myostatin raises and that's when cycles stall. Adding another 100 mgs a week at week 8 for 2-4 weeks would then give another hormomal spike, but just for 2-4 weeks then myostatin would stymie the hormone's progress again.

In conclusion, do 8-12 week cycles by increasing dosages at week 8 until week 10 or 12, or flat out stay on because cycles stall between weeks 8-12 and don't pick up again until week 20.
 
200g of tren E I would definitely agree, as its double that by 3-4 weeks into cycle. Tren is potent stuff. To be perfectly frank, there is no steroid that has a real minimum effective dose as long as you're above natural androgen levels with it. All that minimum dosage crap is just bro science.
 
In general, I find guys take way too much of everything. Sure, all UG stuff is underdosed, still...let's put things in perspective.

The old timers made amazing gains on 5 mgs of dianabol. Of course, what is supposed to be 20 mgs is just 5mgs today. But guys are taking 2, 3 , 4 pills a day and when they don;t blow up they say the gear is bunk or they need more. Give it time. Train hard and eat right. Don't waste effort. Stop doing hours of cardio that breaks down muscle tissue and slows your metabolism. Eat enough protein. Lift heavy. Keep rest in between sets to a minute. Suddenly, you'll realize that 200 mgs of something as powerful as tren is PLENTY.
 
^^^ back in your time nelson they would laugh at people in the gym who juiced and had no base or worse beat their ass. now guys are 18 spent 3 months in the gym and are jumping on the juice doing a gram or two a week and its considered acceptable in the youtube vlog world. i feel bad for these kids 6 month transformation.
