You bring up an excellent point. Actually, one I was thinking about myself.....why are there quite a few construction workers, who very possibly don't eat very much or well for that matter, lift incredibly hard for 8-10 hours a day, everyday, and are pretty friggn' big, strong, and many are shredded.....wouldn't this constitue overtraining?
Sure, some are drunks, skinny, obese, etc....but I know a few that are jacked, and eat maybe 3x a day.......
