I'm a newbie asking for tips

Hey all,
I'm 21 and started free weight lifting at home I'm on my third week 3 hours 4 days weekly.
I'm tanking universal free gains 2 scoops 3 daily and amino acid tablets 3 tabs three times daily with a meal. Pre workout I take 1 scoop jack 3d and three 700mg creatine and post I take 3 cteatine tabs then 2scoop universal gain. Am I doin anything right or wrong lol ??

And also iv been told to take t100 test booster would that's make and differance being a 21 with test being high naturely?

Welcome bro! I wouldn't worry about a testosterone booster at this point, and take your Amino Acids in between meals to keep nitrogen retention increased. Also take your aminos pre/post workout, don't rely on shakes so much, eating wholesome food will do you more justice...supplements are to supplement what you don't get from food, or add to them. Train hard, eat clean & healthy, and don't get caught up in partying...you will grow!

Thanks for you advice :) I mainly take supplements coz I appetite is poor and has been for years lol slowing getting it back. 2 weeks ago I was 8 10 now I'm 9 6.. I think I have cheap amino acid tabs do you have any recomendations ?

You lift for 3 hours 4x per week? You can be much more efficient than that buddy, please go check out the weightlifting forum on this site. You really should not need to be lifting for over 1-1.5 hours per day as a beginner. You can take of everything.

As far as meals, eat real food. Maybe 1-2 scoops protein/day at most if you can help it. Chicken, steak, veggies, good carbs like oats, sweet potatoes, etc.
 
yea its usually about 2.5 hours I done a lot in the past when I left school that was more like 6 hours a day not all at once lol I find it hard to eat loads :(
