I have lost 142 lbs and now I am at a pleatu

Optimum nutrition is good, cheaper. Isopure is a favorite - mixes up very well. Beverly International is my top fav but more expensive -- that you have to buy online or from someone who is a reseller. Most anythig that is whey protein, not loaded w/ a lot of carb & fat, and NOT a "weightgainer".

cut the yogart out replaced it with protein and nuts

upped my protein

upped my fat by 10 grams

that is what I did

Did you reduce carb intake especially sugars?? In general you should reduce carbs and drop sugars as much as you can. Mr X is not a far of fructose and I have to say neither am I so maybe eating salads (vegetables instead of fruits) to get those nutrients may be a better route to proceed as well as the above

My nutritionist does not want me to give up my two fruits a day. I have not really watched carbs but I think I am going to start not like a low carb but see how many I am having and them decrease it by like 50 and see how that goes.

I have been doing a lot of weights so I dont know if that is why it is coming off slower.
