Nooo she does not want me to drop calories she wanted me to up them. She is the director of eating disorders at the best hosptial here and she has been doing this for 20 years she knows what she is doing.

She has helped many obese people lose all their weight.

I have lost 150 now, I think the scale is ready to drop another few, I usually can tell.

Now you know I am not showing my sagging ass on here lol, you people have awesome bodies and I DONT!!!!

we want to see your sagging ass! Many of us have sagging asses too! Don't kid yourself about everyone on this forum having awesome bodies. MANY are in the same position as you and haven't made half the progress you have!
