I have lost 142 lbs and now I am at a pleatu

any prosthetic limbs or metal plates in your body? or is it possible that the bf measurement may be inaccurate (is it from a scale, calipers, formula based on tape measurements?)

lol... invesigator Cyrex, isn't that an Old Mortal Kombat character?!

Yes! T-REX... Thermorexin as he stated is AMAZING. I got mine monday, and been dieting for uhh 2 weeks i think now, and it just kicked my metabolism into full gear... Great Product!

Good job Cyrex! I don't know why I didn't think to ask about supps to see if we could add something to her regime to kick past the plateau.

Actually that was Cyrax

I started using Cyrex back in the days 28k modems :-)
it was Cy-Rex to start

Cyber Rex(latin for King)

I actually have a CY branded on my right delt.. (i was drunk and had a hot safety pin . . .

That sounds bad.. sorry. I'm not questioning your numbers so much as I'm questioning the method used to arrive at them. I'd have no question at all if you were a guy, but a few things alert me:

1) You still want to lose another 60 lbs (losing 60 lbs at 24% bf is gonna be a task and may require some T3 to eat away some muscle)
2) You are doing TONS of cardio and don't have much strength training experience so there isn't much of a basis for that much muscle

So in general, something just doesn't seem right here. Again, I'm not questioning your integrety.

BTW despite all of this, numbers are really not that important. Don't worry about losing another 60 lbs. Worry about feeling good, looking good, being healthy. Your bf%, your weight, none of that matters if you feel good about yourself. Let your ultimate goal not be to weight 155 lbs, but to be happy with how you look and feel.

C = Chi
Y = Upsilon

? Are/Were you greek... Fraternity?
Or was it simply for the Latin King... I read into things too much sometimes.

Good points about the numbers and her weight.
"IAM" : definetly do not go by the numbers, you have some good points to go by there, go by inches here and there since it seems like you have alot of muscle... or maybe there is a steel plate holding together your femur bone? we don't know.

Not to be a perv, but are your breasts above average in size, cause the 24% bf still makes me wonder how that's possible.
If you wanna lose another 28 lbs, you would have to lose approximately 60 lbs of muscle if you end up around 12% bf (much less is not all that healthy for a female to sustain)

OK still laughing at the metal plate or prosetic limb LOL, no I have always been muscluar, I had my body fat done by the head personal trainner at the club he did it the first time too. I am telling ya people are shocked to see that I weight what I do. I alwyas weighed more than the other girls, one guy at the club said to me you have a lot of muscle you could be a body builder LOL, I am saying 60 lbs becuase in high school I was 160 and I had a little tummy, so maybe firm that up and not so much lose, but I weighed that for many years.

trex , levorex , sesapure , glucorrel-r with your carbohydrates
maybe clen/albuterol ( I prefer albuterol )

With respect to your diet I would concentrate on burning fat and not "weight loss" Eat a more muscle sparing diet (higher protein) and reduce carbs. Dont' be afraid of red meat

I have no idea what trex levorex sesapure those things are...

hehe read up :-) do a search on the forum, there are tons of posts about them. They are all great legal supplements that work. They help you burn fat, keep muscle, increase stamina and recovery time etc
