I dont have a scanner so no pics PLUS I would never post my fat ass on these boards oh my my body is ugly, sagging skin the works. My top weight was 355 yes I was a tub of lard. But I have come too far to stop now and I want the rest of this BLUBBER OFF!!

You are all so helpful here I love it :D

You can go to copyworks or something like that and scan them ;-) If you don't want your face shown, you can send the pics to me and I'll edit them in photoshop for you :-) (i could even clean up sagging skin)

but seriously no matter how 'fat' you think you look now, if you have a before and current picture I'm sure you will get nothing but positive comments and even more, you will motivate people! Don't do it for the curious, do it for those that are in that position you were in that need motivation!

Do it for the good of human kind and the development of positive thinkers throughout this board!

A photo is worth 100,000,000,000,000 (100 trillion) motivating words.

AGAIN, not posting my fat sagging ass on these boards with everyone is awesome shape.

Just picture a 355 lb. woman then picture her looking like she is 170 lbs lol. I was HUGE, I did it all myself lol, I worked my ass off and you know I gained all that weight in about three years I was not fat when I was younger. Then when I got that big I was in too much pain to work out, that is what kept me there for years. But I realized that you have to work out no matter how much pain you are in, I mean I had a twisted pelvis, pulled hamstring, tendonitus in the knee, knee cap pain, lower back pain, upeer back pain, heal spur and I still worked out two hours a day, I think it is your mid set, I ama getting this weight off if it kills me. I was so depressed at that weight I cant even tell ya. I could barley go down my stairs and do my wash. WOW and I am so embarrassed that I ever got that big and I ruined my body really, it is all saggy but at least I can cover it up with clothes.

you are 199% correct! It is without a doubt a mindset!

I truely hope people on this board get inspired through your hardwork... so many people look for shortcuts (myself included at one time).

Not to be a perv, but are your breasts above average in size, cause the 24% bf still makes me wonder how that's possible.
If you wanna lose another 28 lbs, you would have to lose approximately 60 lbs of muscle if you end up around 12% bf (much less is not all that healthy for a female to sustain)
