I have gotten stronger working out less

It has taking me months of notes and experimenting to find MY optimum strength time frame.
Check this out.
I gain the most strength on bench every 6 days,5 days is just too soon, i gain a little strength but not like the 6th day, and i can go as long as 8days but i notice a slight drop in strength and size.
All other body parts are about the same except calves and forearms which can go every 4 days.(strange)
Legs seem to recover after 4-5 but i think i will just wait till 6 for them to keep things simple.
I was using a 3 on 1 off but this 2on 1off 1on 1off works bad ass!

i just thought i would share my findings.

I found that if I dropped training frequency down to between 10 to 14 days then I made optimum strength gains, but doing that I dropped some size. It depends which one you want. I want size, and I have found that training each bodypart twice per week is the best for me.
