How's this for a breakfast shake...

Take 2 cups Oats (raw), 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 scoops whey, and 10 oz milk (skim) blend it up then drink it!

I think it's about 1000 cals. 20 f. 70 p. 125 c.

I 've heard that as well Swolenpecs.

I also want to add that digestive enzymes from kiwi/pineapple will help to assimilate more protein. In the morning the stomach has a built up supply, but after that any "combos" like above will probably work better with some enzymes (tablets work great too). Just my 0.02.

i would try to substitute one of the scoops of whey for a blend or egg or caesin protein

thats a lot of cals but if that is what you want they are good cals at least

yea i wanna find some good info on that stuff, its hard to spread my meals out to get enough protein...

Yup, I do the same thing. I was a little worried about putting oats in my shakes at first, but now it wouldn't be a shake without them.

As for the enzymes-- I got that advice from the words of the master: Franco Columbu (in his BB book). A muli-enzyme tablet is easy to find. I am actually able to get a type of milk with digestive enzymes in it, so I can digest that better: Nutrish A/B.

Other than that, kiwi works wonders! May also work in the breakfast shake. (And I have to try that oast additive... Does it blend well?)
