how many carbs for loading?

im on a low carb diet (my diet ends next tuesday when college starts :) )and havent carb loaded for a while, tomorrow is the day. i have been craving oatmeal with whey for a while, so thats meal 1. but what are other really good sources of quality carbs, and what kind of #'s for somone who is 170lbs thanks.
 
3x body weight in carb grams. When I refeed I use a mix of low and high gi carbs. Higher gi earlier in the day, then lower later. I eat things like brown rice, oatmeal, carb powders in protein shake, cheerios, skim milk, veggies etc.
 
what happens if u dont get enough carbs in your body during loading?

IN laymen's terms? You'r matabolism may start to slow down, and you lose some of the the anabolic benefits of the diet as well.
 
how many days a week does one re-load on ckd bulking? and is it the same 3x body weight? thanks.
