When you guys do HIIT on an elliptical do you up the level every other minute or just move faster. I dont know if im explaining my question right, but in other words would you change the intesity from say 10 up to 20, go balls to the wall, and then back down to 10 for a minute. Or do you just keep the intensity level the same on the machine thoughout, and just physically increase the intensity every other minute.
