I was wondering... when I drink, I drink light beer (Coors light, Millers light). Last weekend, I tried a couple Rolling Rocks and the buzz was much greater with less quantity. So does this mean it might be better to just drink 2 reg. beers over 4 lights?
Though regular beer have more carbs (and calories) than light one, the difference is not that great
(Coors : 148 cal/12oz and 11.3g carbs
Coors light 102 cals/12oz and 5g carbs)
and light beer usually have more protein (but it is negligeable)
2 regular beers would be about the same than 3 light beers
Try Michelob Ultra
95 cals. 2.6 carbs.
It tastes much better than any other light beers, actually it tastes just as good as regualr beer. IMO, If you must drink beer, give this a try. But as stated above, no beer would be better. (I wish I could listen to that advise )
