Obviously no alcohol is best for body, but if you must drink, Drink to get drunk! Not because you like the taste and if you count all the macros and proteins you give alcohol way too much power. If you want to drink, workout twice that day and skip a meal, skip tel meals! That will keep your gains and progress from disappearing. I only drink on weekends but I make many sacrifices midweek to make that even remotely possible.
