Good amount for a cutting diet?

I would consider it, If it will help me lose fat in the stomach/pecs. My face lost most of it and i still have a bunch in the love handles/chest fat. A bunch of muscle under it all but still lookin way to soft. Seriously tryin to kick it into beastmode, you think keto would have a more solid approach to strictly bf% loss or ill sac some muscle as with anything?

Calorie is king in this case bro. Whats your BMR - at your sixe you could probably go as low as 1000cals under. Protein must be high to avoid miscle waste - personally I would feel safer at around 300g protein at ur size.

I feel a carb cycle can be just as efferctive as a standard keto. But in general, lookin at your figures I would say double the fats and increase the protein - fats should be EFA's. Try geting some CLA from promordial performance. Add in an lipoflame as well.

Carbs in the mornig, fats in the evening.

since you know your Body fat %, you can calculate your lean body mass and then you can use the Katch-McArdle formula.

BMR = 370 + (21.6 x LBM in KG)
