i have a huge sweet tooth and its my 1st time cutting. i feel my diet is clean but i occasionally like to have a handful of grapes or pistachios just to feel like im snacking on somthing. typically this is later in the evening like 2-3 hours before bed. should i be worried about this hurting my cut? im not trying to drop below 10% bf or anything but would like to get near it.

Its one of the better snacks you can have bro.
 
i have a ziploc of dried cranberries mixed with almonds (no salt) next to my computer at work. i munch on them throughout the day. the dried cranberries add a nice "fruity sweet" that calms my sweet tooth!
 
well i was thinking more of timing wise. like i noticed some guys would say not to eat fruit after you lifted due to the sugar or something. i was just curious if eating a few hours before bed was a bad deal. or if im not eating enough to make it matter to much
