never really had to cut before, always been pretty lean, so any advice on diet would be greatly appreciated. Im up to about 13% bf...wanna get down to single digits. Im 23, 200lbs. I dont wanna really lose weight, just tone. Heres my thoughts, let me know if im right on
3000 cal
300g carbs
as much protein as possible
40-50g fat
too much cals still? I train pretty intense, dont wanna lose any energy. looking for diet advice here, not training. thanks in advance
