explain this/keep me motivated

thought the same, but looked at his height and weight and maybe that's where it needs to be for him?

i'm 5'5", 186 right now, and my cutting calories dont go that low right away (the calorie drop comes when EVERYTHING else has been implemented and the calories are the last to go). i usually wait and see what can be worked out with cardio and calorie manipulation before i drop out the bottom. realize there is no way up after you drop that low. you'll have to carefully bring in calories and with professional help may be able to get things back up again but it does not sound like that is the situation here. something is being done wrong and i'm thinking too many things being implemented at once.

low calories, clen, increased cardio all after 5 weeks. that is alot in my opinion and i've been dieting year round for along time and made all these mistakes before. something is being missed. can we see an outline of your diet please?

^ I was wondering about diet as well, + training, add to that an hour of cardio ...

Can you list diet & training ?

sure

diet (yesterday)

meal #1) 1/2 cup oats with 2 scoops protein powder (sometimes 1 piece of whole wheat toast)

workout (on NON firehouse days)

meal #2) protein shake (within 1/2 hour of workout, or as long as it takes me to get home)

meal #3) Chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, veggies (corn, green beans ect or sometimes I throw the chicken on a salad with FF dressing, and skip the rice)

meal #4) lean round steak (what I had last night, but usually chicken again), veggies, brown rice

I usually have a scoop of ANPB at some point in the day.

sometimes meal #1 is eggwhites instead of protein oats, and on firehouse days, I up my cals by adding my eggwhites as a second breakfast along with the other meals (so I get in 5 meals on those days, which is every third day)

workout=
weights 5 days a week, weds and sundays off (I am 34 and have been lifting since college athletics)
bench = 335#'s right now (would like that to stay the same with weight loss)

I basically do 1 bodypart a day, with the exception of tris, which i do only once every 2 weeks (they are overpowering my bis....I have pretty big arms for my size @17.5" cold, mostly tris though) I have learned I dont grow if I work a bodypart twice a week.

Cardio= 4 times a week (just added 2 more sessions this week) 30 min, after weights
except at the firehouse I go an hour. Usually HIT, but sometimes a 3 mile run, and sometimes just a brisk walk.

thanks to all that post

ps: when I do the T-3, I will be doing a cycle of tren to spare muscle loss.
