2 cups of oatmeal
Protein Shake
Pb and J on rye
1\2 cup of cottage cheese
Lunch
2 super soft burritos
4 cups of chocolate milk
1 cup of rice

After workout another shake
rice pudding , banana

Supper
10oz steak
2 cups of milk
Salad
Potatoes

Snack before bed
Caseine protein
Pb and J or cereal

don't know how you eat that cottage cheese bro that $h!t is nasty lol...I know your diet seems to work for you but try throwing some more meat in there and maybe cut back on the shakes and just drink one pwo. Guarantee you will notice a difference
 
Yah just yesterday had some weird burritos lol, usually have chicken lol, but yeah I should get more meat in there man ,and i hate cottage cheese , just great protein source to wolf down hahah

And somehow my arms are getting more toned on the 5x5 lol , and my legs have already grown drastically from all the squats !! Loving it man ,

Day 8
Squats: 170x5x5
OHP: 80x5x5
Deadlifts:155x5 ,135x2 as warmup

Yeah u Guys were right 155 was still easy lol , gained another 2 pounds this week , eating going good lol
 
Bro you can push that dead lift a little bit. I know you have it in you man.
