Do y'all think a daily diet thread and weekly

Good Morning Shadow! Waiting to see your post today!
Being Christmas Eve day, things will be somewhat off sched. for me but here is what I think my day will be like....
4:30 am 7 mile run
7:30 am Back/bi - Normally this would not take place until 4:00pm but have to get to church and then play the role of Santa!

Nutrition will be h2o during work out - is it ok to add a few sections of grapefruit to my water? I like to blend it in - helps me drink more!

Pre workout - protein of some sort!
Post workout eggwhites-I nknow I need a carb here so I will try!!
Lunch and dinne4r will be salad and protein.
While everyone is eating Christmas cookies tonight and opening gifts I bought some fresh strawberries and will cut them up with cottage cheese for dip.

Diet is still very weak but I am working on it. Had to throw out the popcorn maker this morning because I eat way too much at night!

SURE GRAPEFRUIT ALSO HAS A NATURAL METABOLIC STIMULATOR IN IT

YEP.....AND AT LEAST 20-30 GRAMS TOTAL PROTEIN - SAME WITH THE CARBS..TRY FINDING A WHEY PROTEIN

THROW OUT ANYTHING THAT YOU MIGHT BINGE ON...ALTHOUGH...UNBETTERED POPCORN IS NOT A BAD SNACK AS IT IS HIGH IN FIBER AND HAS A HIGH SATISFACTION(FULLNESS FEEL) RATING
 
OK I"m in -- after sunday. I'm at my brother's house w/ 2 munchkins and my brother & his wife are skinny, and my parents are not heavy meat eaters. So I'm doign what I can with what's available. After Sunday I"m back home & in control of the food.


I don't really care to measure right now, but I am fitting very comfortably into a pair of jeans I haven't been able to squeeze into in 2 yrs. I also notice that I'm raving starving at 2 1/2 hr intervals, so the diet schedule is working. Just can't bring myself to quantify.
 
Well here is what today will look like for me:

I.1 cup oats
3 scoops whey

II. 50 grams dextrose
3 scoops whey

III. Large chicken breast
Brown rice

IV. 2 cups cottage cheese

V. MASSIVE CHRISTMAS DINNER FEAST

VI. 2 scoops whey w/ 1 tbsp flax oil and handful of almonds.
 
Shadow -- I'm feeling a twinkle of inspiration from reading your posts..... May have to try to get back on the horse this weekend..... diet won't be 100% clean, but I didn't bake any Xmas goodies this year, so no leftovers!! Yay!!
 
Thanks for the advice shadow! Being Christmas day I am not even going to pretend to diet! I will definately not eat anything with flour or sugar but that is all I can promise!

Well, I'm not counting today......... but I do need to get back on track..... had a long talk with my hubby who promises not to badger me into eating, we'll see......... ;)

So far today: woke up at 9am

1/3 cup dry oatmeal made with water + 1 tblsp flax meal
1 egg yolk, 4 egg whites, little bit of catsup, ~ 1 tsp olive oil
