Do y'all think a daily diet thread and weekly

I second not starting until January :verygood:. Will definitely help keep me motivated. Plus I'll be almost back to my training routine by then. This shoulder holding me back is making me crazy. Although they did determine in PT this week that the shoulder that was operated on is now stronger and more stable than my "good" shoulder... so they can no longer use my "good" shoulder as a baseline. We've now moved to almost all weightlifting and dynamic work. Hopefully, the dynamic stuff will help me get back to tennis.

8:00 6 egg whites, 3/4 cup of cream of wheat, 1 cup of skim milk.

10:30 1 cup of strawberry fat free yogurt, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

I belong to another site where the people journal their diets. I still belong, but don't go there anymore and no longer journal my food & exercise.

Reason? The people there would pick the food apart to the millimeter & post 50 page articles as to why you shouldn't eat this or that -- basically it was very negative & there was no real positive support. It stressed me out so much that I just went on binge eating phases cuz I was just so freaked out by the journaling process. I'm hesitant to try it again...

Based on your pics..... 1) you seem to know what you are doing & 2) you look balanced to me :p

All the nitpicking on me really stressed me out. I was trying to "cut" but the stress wasn't worth it....
