I belong to another site where the people journal their diets. I still belong, but don't go there anymore and no longer journal my food & exercise.
Reason? The people there would pick the food apart to the millimeter & post 50 page articles as to why you shouldn't eat this or that -- basically it was very negative & there was no real positive support. It stressed me out so much that I just went on binge eating phases cuz I was just so freaked out by the journaling process. I'm hesitant to try it again...
