So this is what I ate today:
Dec. 23rd.
8:00 6 egg whites, 3/4 cup of cream of wheat, 1 cup of skim milk.
10:30 1 cup of strawberry fat free yogurt, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
1:00 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, and broccoli
3:30 can of tuna, 1 tbsp of light mayo
5:30 workout (plyometrics and sprint training today)
7:00 protein shake (30g protein, 1/2 cup skim milk & water)
9:00 3 oz chicken, and spinach
later on I'll have a snack which will be some fat free jello
I drank a gallon of water as usual today
