Do y'all think a daily diet thread and weekly

I am TOTALLY in!! I am always afraid because my diet is so bad but I would love this!! Shadow, Daisey and Sassy are my MENTORS!!!
Today:
6 mile run
Chest

Protein shake

2.5 hours later
Salad with 4 shrimp olive oil for dressing (1 tbs)

tris/shoulders

salad with shrimp
glass of white wine

probablt air pop corn or sugar free jello after


Nothing to be proud of but it is a start!
 
Shadow, please post as much as you can. You rock. Diet stuff and please keep posting about other training issues too, all your posts are, in my opinion, like gold.

SEVERAL on here who are truly motivational
 
So this is what I ate today:

Dec. 23rd.

8:00 6 egg whites, 3/4 cup of cream of wheat, 1 cup of skim milk.

10:30 1 cup of strawberry fat free yogurt, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

1:00 3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, and broccoli

3:30 can of tuna, 1 tbsp of light mayo

5:30 workout (plyometrics and sprint training today)

7:00 protein shake (30g protein, 1/2 cup skim milk & water)

9:00 3 oz chicken, and spinach

later on I'll have a snack which will be some fat free jello

I drank a gallon of water as usual today

Dec 23--I work at a natural food store, so most of this stuff is organic :)

1/2 c oats
3 egg whites
a little special yogurt and skim milk

a pint of special yogurt
1tbsp flax oil

1 can tuna
1/2 chili beans
lots of leafy greens

1/2 c canned salmon
1/2 rice
more leafy greens
3 tbsp almond butter

Trained chest and shoulders--intensity 4/10

1 scoop ON whey
couple ounces of turkey
a neat little crab thing (went to a dinner party after the workout)
a couple tablespoons of cheesy spinach stuff

1/2 c cottage cheese
scoop ON Whey
2tbsp almond butter

I'm 5'4", 150 and around 18%bf. Been training seriously since April. The goal (over the next year or so) is to get the bf to approx 10% and bring the lean mass up to 140-145lbs.

And now I'm going to bed.

same as her- except 4 glases Chianti w/6oz grilled fish for dinner & workout was legs/glutes- heavy today- 205 squats :)
