Do y'all think a daily diet thread and weekly

Okay, well I wasn't planning on starting this today, but I will if we can exclude my lunch (hehe). My plan is a cutting diet for the next month until I can resume more intense training. My goal is 1320 calories a day, equal ratios of fat/carbs/protein. So 49g fat, 110g carbs and 110g protein. This has been successful for me in the past. I'll post up my food for today later.

12/27/04:

Meal 1:
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Cup orange juice
Coffee

Meal 2:
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Meal 3:
This is the lunch we aren't going to discuss since I wasn't planning on starting this diet today ;).

Meal 4:
Hardboiled egg (little bit of mayo)

Meal 5:
Protein Shake

Meal 6:
8 oz Tilapia
1 cup broccoli

~ 1 gallon of water

If we ignore the horrible lunch, the rest of my meals equal
Calories: 818
Fat: 29.5
Carbs: 59
Protein: 79

Dinner out: ~ 9pm: 1 Beer (proud of myself, usually have 3!) 2 big glasses of water & a SW chicken salad (chix, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado), dressing on side, 1 breadstick -- only ate it cuz the salad was spicy....
 
my meals 4 & 5 were the following yesterday

Meal 4
post workout protein shake (30g of protein, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of water

Meal 5
grilled chicken (made with my new electric grill that I got for Christmas :arty:)
mushrooms, and broccoli.

Today so far

Meal 1 (8:00)
3/4 cream of wheat and 1 tsp of honey, 6 egg whites, 1 cuip of skim milk

Meal 2 (10:30)
1 cup of yogurt, 2 tbsp of peanut butter

Meal 3 (1:00)
3 oz chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, and some spinach

Meal 4 (4:00)
3 oz chicken breast, spinach

Tuesday:

M1 2 slices WW toast, 1 slice FF cheese, ham, 1 egg (sammich)

M2 Salad with 1 radish, celery, roasted red peppers, little bleu cheese, 6 olives, tuna steak, olive oil, balsamic vinegar; maybe 1 tortilla chip with salsa

3:45 pm Gym: 30 mins elliptical; Walk to/from the gym

After gym: (met hubby at a bar) Few cashews (maybe 1/2 oz); 1 Reese's PB cup. Most importantly: I DRANK WATER AT THE BAR!! (hubby got blotto)

M3: Ended up finishing the last of my seafood salad --- prolly 1/2 cup at the most....
2 Lean Cuisines -- Turkey; didn't feel like cooking, plus I want to get rid of the darn things.... 1 calcium chew, 2 small pieces chocolate (25.5 cals for the two); Crystal Light Lemonade

Today I had

Coffee w/ milk & splenda, bowl of amaranth flakes around 8 am

handful of almonds, midmorning

another handful of almonds and a glass of kefir (yogurt drink) for lunch

now I'm having another handful of almonds & a Hanson's diet gingerale (sweetened with Splenda, not aspartame...that stuff is bad for your brain!) while I wait for Majutsu to come home so I can make swordfish steaks (with lemon pepper and mayo), cornbread (I bake it, organic, yummy), and organic corn. I normally would serve sugar snap peas instead of the corn, since it's sorta redundant with the cornbread, but I need to get to the store and it's the only veggie left in the freezer...

I couldn't live without my jar of almonds. They give me the protein I need to operate and the fiber to make my tummy feel full. And they're tasty, too!

Disaster

....that Was It All Day Other Than Water. Coffee And Diet Coke......i Wasnt Prepared(food Wise), But Rather Than Eat Junk, I Just Didnt Eat.
