Hey Zed, I'm managing it will I must say I'm still sticking at the fact that I won't be growing for the next month while I finish up this cut, my abs are getting better by the day, get bf% done mon but weight sat at 139lbs fri from 150lbs 2.5 wks ago. I have gained 3lb water after my refead on sun but that should be off tomorrow so by fri in guessing weigh in bout 135lbs. Surely my abs should be out by then. 1nce they are shown I'm thinking what diet will be best to maintain muscle also build for new program but without gaining too much fat. Wonder if you might be able to help we with that Zed? After summer I'm not too bothered bout bf as long as I'm gaining muscle but just till then I would love to keep shape and earn muscle at same time.
