training and diet on clen

Hi guys, new to the forum but that doesn't mean I haven't done some reading! I've done a heap of search on this but can't find the info I'm after so hoping you might be able to give me a hand.

I've been training hard 5-6 days a week and I'm pretty happy with the stack of suppliments I have and the gains I've made.
Now the question I have is regarding clen, I don't need help with dosage or when to take it or anything but I do need advice on a diet to suit a week or two trial (see if I can handle the shakes, any cramping etc)

My diet at the moment is
Morning:
Tribulus, multivitamin, 2 slices of toast, weetbix with fullcream milk, 2-3 eggs, 60gram protein shake and a glass of orange juice

Mid morning:
BCAA's, apple, banana, peach or apricot and a protein shake

Lunch:
chicken and salad, peanut butter sandwiches (wholegrain bread), can of tuna and argenine ethyl ester

Mid afternoon:
BCAA's, fruit and another shake

Tribulus, creatine (1m.r. pre trainer) and argenine ethyl ester just prior to weights training then a protein shake straight after

Dinner: (usually chicken, steak or tuna pasta bake or something - all with veges) and half a litre of full cream milk (I love milk)

Tuna or something after dinner and fruit as a snack, BCAA's then another shake, ZMA and bed time.

THE BIG QUESTIONS:
I know I should cut out my bread and pasta when on clen but does anything else need adjustment?

Should I cut out any of my other supps and is there any other kind of food I should get into?

Can I train with the same intensity to try and build more muscle or should I cut out the heavy weights and focus on more cardio? I want to keep as much muscle as possible and if it doesn't mean going backwards, keep lifting hard to gain more. Will this work? If you've read this far please give me you're opinions!

Thanks a lot fellas,
Presto.

Welcome to the site bro...thats a lot of shakes going on there. :)
i used to be a big fan of having a shake with every solid meal myself but i now think
that this is wastefull and very expensive.
You must be spending afortune on supps...i think you need to introduce more real food to your diet and drop some of those shakes.
A shake first thing in the morning and post workout should be enough and Full cream milk is not a good idea if you are trying to drop bf.

Columbo, cheers for your response, if you think swapping to light milk will make a difference or cut it out all together then consider it done. I'm pretty busy with work during the day and get in trouble for eating too much and not being productive with a fist full of food but I'm allowed to throw down drinks as much as I want.
The one before bed is a casein to keep me going through the night so effectively three full shakes through the day to keep the protein up (before lunch and after before training are half shakes) and I get a decent price on it so that doesn't bother me too much. But you're right, I will definately be cutting down on them and the other supps after the new year, was just trying to bulk up as much as I could before I go on holiday.
Like I said, I've been happy with my supps and diet but need some advice on how to train, whether I can keep training the same and any mods I should make to my diet while I try the clen.
Thatbloke, my BMR is 2106 and I'm not sure what my body fat is, but I'd take a guess at around 18-20%
Thanks guys!

yeah man, i would usually drop all dairy while trying to cut fat levels.

casein before bed is bang on and if shakes are all you can have during work thats fair enough... consider drinking eggs or just egg whites to replace a shake too.Crack the eggs into your shaker bottle and put in an equal measure of OJ - its an easy way to get them down.

If you send RADAR a PM he might give you info on a training program that would suit you or just check out the weight training section of this board and find a split that suits yours goals and work schedule.

Drop the dairy and the fruit bro, keep eating pasta and throw some brown rice in too, its not about cutting Carbs It's about cutting calories. You need carbs especially in a calorie deficit imo.
