Ok a couple weeks back iasked for some advice on a cutting cycle. the concensus was that i needed to diet first i haven't checked my bf since(was 18%) but i have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. i started at 241 and I am already down to 229. it was hard at first but i have noticed that my appetite is much more controlable when eating clean foods. no more urges to pick and snack through the day. my diet goes like this.
5 am 3 egg whites and 1 full egg. 3 peices turkey bacon. 2 toast. 2 scoops pro complex mixed in milk.
930 am 1 9 ounce can of tuna.
12 pm 1 9 ounce can of tuna or 1 boiled chicken breast
3 pm 1 9 ounce can of tuna
5 pm 1 boiled chicken breast 1-2 cups green veggies 2 scoops of pro complex and 1 tablespoon peanutbutter mixed in milk.
any sggestions appreciated.
