Ok a couple weeks back iasked for some advice on a cutting cycle. the concensus was that i needed to diet first i haven't checked my bf since(was 18%) but i have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. i started at 241 and I am already down to 229. it was hard at first but i have noticed that my appetite is much more controlable when eating clean foods. no more urges to pick and snack through the day. my diet goes like this.

5 am 3 egg whites and 1 full egg. 3 peices turkey bacon. 2 toast. 2 scoops pro complex mixed in milk.

930 am 1 9 ounce can of tuna.

12 pm 1 9 ounce can of tuna or 1 boiled chicken breast

3 pm 1 9 ounce can of tuna

5 pm 1 boiled chicken breast 1-2 cups green veggies 2 scoops of pro complex and 1 tablespoon peanutbutter mixed in milk.

any sggestions appreciated.
 
Still wanting to use gear but further research has me leaning towards tren a test prop 12 weeker and maybe some winny?? to help build lean muscle since diet seems to be shredding fat.
 
that's great! But don't loose to much weight! Make sure you jam pack that protein in your belly and remmeber you shouldnt lose more than 2 lbs a week!
 
I would add a little bit of low G.I carbs in there at least after your workout. You may want to include a refeed day in every 2wks to keep the metabolism running high. Good job on the 12lbs.

sorry to sound stupid but G.I. carbs? Refeed day? you'll have to forgive me but I am new to this.
 
dude do this Eat 8 egg whites 1 YOLK eat some brocoli and a serving size of oatmeal keep it simple eat simple its cleaner

G.I.=glycemic index or how fast a carb spikes insulin levels
low G.I. oats,yams brown rice
high G.I. cake, ice cream, doughnuts, white bread you get the idea

A refeed is a very high carb day thrown in to keep the metabolism going strong and to keep yourself from getting too depleted.
