I was just wondering how many of you that compete take a week or more off after the competition to resume training? I usually do but I have noticed how much muscle I can put on the weeks following a show. I was thinking about easing back into my routine the Thurs after the show for 3 weeks (getting married and will be honeymooning for a week) and then upon return jump in head over heals to balls to the wall training. I usually wait a week at least and then hit the weights, do you think Thurs will be too soon? By the way, I feel like a sack of carb depleted shit right now. A little encouragement wouldn't hurt.
