Im 5ft11 198lb and i think around 13-15% fat maybe less but def fattest iv been
Been trainin since 20 but had last 18month of due to broken hands
Did around 10-15 cycles but nothing or any training in 18month IM A MESS haha
Plan is to run sus250 at 1ml every 2 with 30mg dbol until i get beast delivered then switch hcg will be 500iu once week right through with 0.5mg letro once a week,im gyno prone buh this keeps it off as had blood checked an its way below at this dose
Training will be done in morning as iam nightshift
Breakfast 4whole eggs 4 whites porridge or brown toasted bread 500ml skimmed milk trainin 45 after this may add sum maltodextrin for quick energy
Pwo will be 80g whey isolate/concentrate mix with 100g maltodextrin possibly adding creatine ethyl esther glutamine bcaas
1hr later cup brown rice brocoli either fish or chicken this is wen i go to work an above meal will be repeated twice for next 2 meals made an kept in thermal flasks
Plan then hav meal every 2 hr thinkin maybe from 30gwhey concentrate cup of oats in 500ml skimmed milk piece of fruit sum natural peanut butter,will repeat this rest my shift every 2hour
