If any1 has any suggestions for me gettin my chest to grow much appreciated,pic in my avi is best i can get an thats benching 175kg problem i think is my shoulders take over most bench work so is flys my only option folliwed by wide wide bench?????
 
Have you tried wide grip weighted dips mate? I find they get the whole lower chest area.
 
Seriously? Damn you must have massive shoulders! A lot of places have dip bars that go from narrow to wide.. I assume you don't have them. I used to use two chairs, set 'em apart and bend your knees to keep em off the ground. That was unweighted though, the weight would dangle all the way to the floor.
 
This is gonna sound daft, but how do you do your flat bench mate? It's just that I saw this article online once with a video of an alternative technique, I tried it and it seems to get a similar effect, less delt involvement and hits the pecs harder.
 
Haha yeah my shoulders grow like fungas wen i start,flat bench feet on ground no arching back an grip wider than shoulders,liwer bar down dont drop n bounce,liwer to touch chest maybe middle area an up ad hard as can,hav heard of lowerin bar to neck??buh anything to try mate be appreciated
 
Well jus bout to finish work and daaaaaaaam how sore is my chest,def letting me know it havnt pushed any plates in a while,to point i cant lift my arms,fkn doms suck,doubt be training as these fkn hurt

I had a look for that article but couldn't find it anywhere. Basically what it is, is your back gets arched quite a lot doing it this way, and it takes the shoulders out, I'll make a little clip and stick it on here to show you what I mean. It's kinda hard to explain.
