Anyone wanna help me revise my routine?

I'm currently on a 5x5 deal, 2 on, 2 off.

mon - Legs
tues - Chest, abs
wed - off
thurs - off
Fri - Back, Shoulders
Sat - Bis, Tris

I want to get rid of my Saturday though. I just don't have the energy to lift early in the morning. (I work all day Saturday, starting at 2, end at 10. I drive a half hour to get there too, so that leaves me no time to lift, unless I wake up at the crack of dawn).

So, any ideas of how I can incorporate my arms better? I've been on this for 3 months now, so some variation would probably benefit me a lot. Any thoughts?

Here is a highly effective routine that I used to follow:

Day 1 - OFF
Day 2 - Delts, Biceps
Day 3 - Legs, Abs
Day 4 - OFF
Day 5 - Chest, Triceps
Day 6 - Back
Day 7 - OFF

i work a short ab routine in about 4 days a week, just a few sets, then hit em hard 2 days a week, either on a off day, or after, or before a workout. i sometimes hit biceps, and calves twice a week also.

i really don't have a set weekly routine anymore, i just try to keep back workouts a few days apart from chest, because a weak back or shoulders sucks on chest day....i usually don't take 2 days off in a row, unless i'm very sore. and of course you can change the days you work a body part, it doesn't have to be a fri to work back every week obviously.

i would just keep these body parts in the same workout.

chest tri's
back bi's
legs
shoulders abs

or i hit back and shoulders..then bi's and abs another day, just Depends on how sore you get, and what works for you...hope this helps.....BBB
