Ok,
when I am not on a keto diet, I usaully have oats with 2 scoops of protein in it here at my desk at work...very easy to do, very convenient, I can have everything sitting here in my desk, don't ever need to worry about it. keeps me filled up till lunch.
I need a keto-friendly alternative...something just as easy...otherwise I end up spending 4 bucks every morning to get eggs from the snack bar.....waste of money....
any ideas?
do they have anything that is low carb and oatmeal like?
