ahh.. how hard is it gonna be to get back in

took off Thanks Giving break to hang out with college buddies that were back in town... i got sick at the end of break.. and just got over it now (a week later)

so i haven't worked out in 2 weeks. i've spent many days eating 1-3 meals because i have NO appetite, and often feel sick to my stomach when i eat. i think today or tomorrow i should be back to normal

but it's gonna be hard to jump back to 3,000+ calories a day from like 500-1000 from when i was sick. any suggestions or should i just slowly work up?
 
Were you partying hard? If so, that's why you ate shitty........soon as you drop that, start training, and get some decent zzzzz's....you'll be eating like a champ
 
i partied during thanks giving week.. then i got sick sunday with a bad flu-like cold.. and i just got over it. i still have a cough but i can workout w/ it.

i just started taking creatine again tonite, gonna lift tomorrow. ive been getting 10-12 hours sleep for the passed few nights because i was sick, and tired.
