I haven't done high doses of creatine in a long time. I was really just maintaining with workouts until I got that injury. It made me realize it's gonna get worse, and enough muscle mass will keep me functional a lot longer.
Have you ever tried running heaven's stack...bcp-157, TB500 and hgh to see if it helped with injury bro?
I'm bout to run that stack due to my bicep tendons/ligaments being all screwed up atm and is pissing me off as I can't swang that big boy weight with them....but I'll sort it pretty directly
