Took a week off was dealing with some type of flu. I hadn't taken any time off in an extremely long time. Started back today with a two a day. Felt so good. So far I've dropped about ten pounds. Gonna have to tighten that diet up more. From over 270 to about 260.

Good shit big fella get back on that grind...now is perfect time to tighten up into that proper bone breaking fighting machine

I worked back this morning, then this afternoon I hit some punching drills with 3# dumbbells for hundreds of reps.

Mixed in knee and kick drills while letting shoulders rest.

Sadly with the weather so bad I haven't been doing any medicine ball work. That was when I was running a total around the 2000 mg mark ..I don't remember the individual doses but man what a feeling.

Don't worry brother you'll be back before you know it,a little bit of bad weather and sickness is a minor set back.
Yeah nice I figured the dose would be up there with 6 compounds...I definitely couldn't run that atm lol but I wouldn't rule it out in future
