hey guys, i am a BB not a powerlifter but i am interested in the sport because i like to watch it and i also incorperate real low reps into my workout because i am a hardcore, ectormorph..well i wanted to know what the is westside?? is it a theory or a type of training?? also what are other things like westside, i mean like if its not westside then what else is there, please don't flame me im just curious and i dont know what this is..
