Generic Paper

Mood: Emotional wreck
Workout: AM yoga (only about 25 min worth but didnt count as a session, she gave me an early xmas present)
PM - looking to get in cardio, studying, and either shoulders, legs or both, random supersets
Food & Supps: Clean & updated later, appetite gone but I will get cals in
Notes: Ive slept in to 630 past two days unable to get out of bed, also b/c I really didn't want to. I was up at 230 kinda ill again this am though. CK no Im not preg. May have to do with recent blood work issue but nothing serious, oh, for those who asked, im updating here, cancer doc appt went favorable, other issues aside, none were related to the cancer coming back so Im happy about that.
