Hope all my Elite Fit Fam are off to a killer Friday and weekend ahead!


I had a savage start to the day with a bomb 4am chest and shoulder session this morning, each week I’m becoming more focused and locked in on the entire process, all numbers and physique are slowly trending up each week for my first real growth phase - slowly but surely!
