Currently 16 weeks out, and just started my prep. Decided to share it here, and a few other boards for anyone that is curious. I can't speak for everyone, but this is what I am doing to get ready.
Current stats are 6'0, 270. Goal contest weight is 245.
1-16 Test E: 750mg/week (1cc - Mon, Wed, Fri)
1-16 Primo: 700mg/week (1cc/day)
5-16 Tren Ace: 700mg/week (1cc/day)
5-16 Mast Prop: 700mg/week (1cc/day)
9-16 Winstrol: 100mg/day (Split am/pm)
9-16 Proviron: 100mg/day (Split am/pm)
1-16 HGH: 6iu/day (Split am/pm)
1-16 IGF-1 LR3: 100mcg/day (Pre-Workout - 4 weeks on/off)
1-16 GHRP-2: 200mcg 2x/day (Post Workout and Pre-Bed)
1-16 Humulin R: 10iu/day (Post-Workout - 4 weeks on/off)
9-16 Clen: 80mcg/day
9-16 T-3: 75mcg/day
9-16 Keto: 2mg/day
1-16 Arimidex: 1mg/eod
1-16 Prami: .5mg/day
9-16 HCTZ: 25mg/day
