i finished heavy on the chest press and it gave me such a good pump
i also did cardio 20 mins on the treadmill till it reads 200 cals burned, walking jogging and sprinting till exhausted then back to walk
nutrition today was two scoops whey protein with skim milk and creatine, lunch 2 eggs scrambled, afternoon 200grams lean mince cooked with middle eastern spices and then two fried eggs and greek yoghurt..
supps today was D3, k2, FISH OIL, nmn, cialis, 20mg anavar, clen
current gear test E x 500mg, Tren E x 200mg, split between 3 pins a week
also pinning healing peptides twice a week for right arm tendanitis and shoulder.
night time mk677, magnesium chelate, cold and flu night tabs (paracetomol and antihistamine )
will get bloods done this coming week. can i post the bloods results here and ask you guys to teach me how to understand it? or should i find a doctor i can be honest with?
